Tanks

Tanks, large metal beasts, could run over people with ease and obliterate large groups effortlessly. They were the second-best thing ever made. The tank's powerful barrel launched explosive shells over vast distances, rendering a rifle nearly useless. A tank's tracks enabled traversing bumpy terrain and steep hills, facilitating strategic attacks that wiped out entire groups. Evolving from small to massive tanks with huge barrels and turrets, they provided a significant advantage to any side that wielded them.

Tanks were also a must due to all of the barbed wire that was around and the tanks also allowed for better movement over trenches.
